CRCICA’s Participation in an Online Conference on “Mediation and Arbitration: Competition or Complementarity?”

CRCICA is pleased to share the recording of the online conference on: "The Relationship between Mediation and Arbitration: Competition or Complementarity?" which took place on 23 September 2021. Ms Fatma Ibrahim, Mediation Special Advisor at CRCICA, spoke about the "Main reasons for the choice of mediation or arbitration by international trade actors: economic, legal, and strategic reasons". She notably presented the interest of the topic and studies which compared the use of these dispute resolution mechanisms by internatonal trade operators.

This webinar was held in French and was organized by the Centre de recherches juridiques de l’Université de Franche-Comté – #CRJF, under the direction of Prof. FILALI OSMAN, and in partnership with, among others, the CRCICA.
