The Journal of Arab Arbitration is the firstbilingual (Arabic/English) journalin international arbitration published semi-annually by the Arab Union of International Arbitration (AUIA)and supervised by CRCICA (“Journal”), issued regularly since 1999. The Journal includes articles by renowned scholars and practitioners, summaries of and commentaries on arbitral awards rendered under the auspices of CRCICA and other leading arbitral institutions. It also includessummaries of judgments issued by Egyptian courts, as well as the most pertinent judgments issued by courts worldwide in the field of international arbitration.

The Journal seeks to disseminate knowledge on the law and procedure of international dispute settlementwith a perspective on developments in the field of arbitration and alternative dispute resolution worldwide.
