Introducing & Promoting Mediation: CRCICA Launched the African Mediation Network Survey

On 15 October 2020, CRCICA, alongside Enugu State Multi-Door Courthouse - Esmdc, LMU Loyola Law School, JAMS, SOAS University of London, and the Weinstein International Foundation were supporting the development of research titled “Comprehensive Study of Mediation in Africa under the Africa Mediation Network”.
This research aimed to gather crucial information about mediation in the Continent in order to facilitate access of users to quality mediation services; disseminate hitherto unavailable information about mediation practices; and promote the optimal development of mediation in Africa.
