Event with Minister of State for Immigration Affairs

The file of women’s empowerment witnessed an unprecedented boost during the past seven years, and received great support from the political leadership, continuing  the initiatives and efforts to expand the women’s participation in all fields, in order to allow them to occupy some leadership positions politically, economically & judicially;

Believing in their ability to participate in building the new republic and achieving sustainable development, especially under the guidance of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi who was the first to fulfill women's dream of empowering them in the Public Prosecution and to assume the position of judge in the Constitutional Court. 

In this context, Canada Egypt Business Council and the Egyptian Business Council for International Cooperation had the honor to host H.E. Amb. Nabila Makram; Minister of State for Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates' Affairs & Dr. Maya Morsy; President of Egypt's National Council for Women & Deputy Feby Fawzy; Senate Procurator moderated by Mayan Raslan; Head of the Women's Committee in CEBC & ECIC discussing the topic “The State's Efforts to Empower Women and the Most Important Gains”.
