Counsellor Mahmoud M. Fahmy is an Attorney at law admitted to the Bar of Civil, Commercial and Criminal Cassation Courts, the Supreme Administrative Court and the Supreme Constitutional Court, Egyptian Businessmen Association Legal Advisor and Head of its Economic Legislation Committee, Chairman of the Egyptian Legal Association, owner and General Manager of Fahmy’s Law Office, for legal profession, legal consultation, arbitration, investment & capital market, and member of Al Ahly Sporting Club and Head of its Legal Committee.

Counsellor Fahmy’s former positions included being: Chairman of the Capital Market Authority, Chairman of the Investment Authority, Vice President of the Council of State and its Secretary General, Vice President of a circuit in the Supreme Administrative Court, member of the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Egypt and member of the General Assembly of Public Sector’s Banks at the Central Bank of Egypt till 2015.
