Mr. Xinghao Qi works with CRCICA as the Consultant for Promotion of CRCICA (East Asia) since 2022. He promotes CRCICA and international commercial arbitration mostly among Chinese entities which are doing business in the MENA Region, and represents CRCICA in attending conferences.

During his university time, Mr. Qi gained precious experience in international law as an intern at the UNCITRAL in Vienna, where he is still engaged as an observer of the Working Groups. He has been advising numerous international entities on foreign investment issues during his legal professions as in-house counsel and in law offices.

Mr. Qi graduated from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg with an LL.B. degree and from the Dresden University of Technology with an LL.M. degree in Intellectual Property Law. He also holds the legal qualification to practice in China.

Mr. Qi is fluent in Chinese, German and English.
