Ms. Merna Salib is a Case Manager and Legal Researcher in the Dispute Management Department at CRCICA since 2018. During her work at CRCICA, she administrated a wide number of institutional and ad hoc arbitration cases, as well as mediation cases in various sectors including Banking & Finance, Construction, Corporate Restructuring and Oil & Gas.
Prior to joining CRCICA, Ms. Salib was an attorney at law and a certified legal translator in the Corporate Department at Youssry Saleh & Partners Law Firm based in Cairo. In 2017, she was a legal intern at the International Trade Law Division of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).
Ms. Salib holds an LL.M degree in Private Law from Ain Shams University (2021), an LL.B degree from the English Section of the Faculty of Law, Cairo University (2011). She also obtained the Legal and United Nation Professional Translation Diploma from the American University in Cairo (2018).
Ms. Salib is fluent in Arabic and English.
